OUR COMMITMENT 

District 4110 is fully committed with our worldwide partners in the Rotary Youth Exchange program to work in the best of our abilities following the program rules and accepting the responsibility to receive the Goodwill Ambassadors from all over the world where we have associates. The Youth Exchange Program Committee is committed with all participating Rotary Clubs, Members, Districts and Multidistricts to provide full support in their needs during the exchange period with high professional standards, efficiency and always having their happiness as our objective.

At all times:

• We will enforce the 4D rules. (No alcohol, no driving, no dating & no drugs).
• We will prevent to the best of our abilities the physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of Inbounds 
• We will protect the integrity the students in the program.
• We will provide a secure environment during their exchange period. (Host families, school, etc.)
• We will promote the orientation of the Exchange Program with all the Rotary Clubs in District 4110.
• We will provide orientation seminars to our Outbound & Inbound Students.
• We will observe and promote YEP Policy Codes 41.090.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 y 10  in our District, Rotary Clubs, Officers and Associates.
